Έχει πιστοποιηθεί ως sherry και cognac educator, από τα αντίστοιχα συμβούλια του Χερέθ και του Κονιάκ, δίνοντας σεμινάρια και διαλέξεις, είναι επίσης πιστοποιημένος water sommelier, ενώ παρέχει και συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες σε επιχειρήσεις εστίασης.
